Qatar sets a floor rather than a fixed formula: at least three weeks (21 days) of basic salary for each year of service, paid once you've completed a year. Your daily wage is basic ÷ 30 and partial years count pro-rata. Many employers pay more under the contract, so treat this as the least you should receive.
