2. One-Time Purchases
The following products are one-time purchases with no refunds:
Starter ($3.99 USD)
This purchase provides instant access to section-by-section expert feedback, AI bullet rewrites, a Gulf-ready professional template, and 1 PDF download. As the AI analysis is generated immediately upon purchase, this service is non-refundable.
Why no refunds for one-time purchases?
Our AI-powered services incur processing costs the moment you use them. Once your resume is analyzed, the service has been fully delivered and the associated costs have been incurred.
3. Pro Subscription ($9.99 USD/month)
3.1 First Payment Guarantee
New Pro subscribers are eligible for a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on their first payment only:
- Request a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment
- Email [email protected] with your account email and reason for refund
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method
- Upon refund, your Pro access will be immediately revoked
3.2 Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time:
- Cancel through your account settings page
- You will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds for unused days in the billing period
- After the billing period ends, you will be downgraded to your previous tier (Free or Starter based on any one-time purchases)
3.3 Renewal Payments
No refunds on subscription renewals. Your subscription automatically renews each month. You have a full billing period to decide whether to continue. If you do not cancel before renewal, the charge is final.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- All one-time purchases (Starter)
- Pro subscription requests made after 7 days from initial purchase
- Any subscription renewal payments
- Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Fraudulent or abusive behavior
- Change of mind after services have been delivered
5. Exceptions
We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for:
- Technical Issues: If a verified technical problem on our end prevented you from using the service
- Billing Errors: Duplicate charges or incorrect amounts
- Unauthorized Transactions: If your payment method was used without authorization (requires verification)

- Any currency conversion fees are not refundable
