MenaJobs.me is an AI-powered resume processing and optimization platform designed for the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) job market. Our services include:

• Resume analysis and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) scoring
• AI-generated improvement suggestions
• Gulf-ready professional templates
• Job-specific resume tailoring
• Matching cover letters
• Resume export in PDF and DOCX formats

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You may register using email/password or through Google OAuth. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Pricing and Payment

We offer the following service tiers:

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets. Prices are displayed in multiple currencies (USD, INR, AED, SAR, GBP) based on your location.

In summary: One-time purchases (Starter) are non-refundable as digital services are delivered instantly. Pro subscriptions include a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on the first payment only.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data
• Share your account credentials with others

• Abuse the Service through excessive automated requests

7. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you upload, including your resume and personal information. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for providing our services.

Our Platform: The MenaJobs platform, including its design, features, AI models, templates, and code, is owned by TERRANOAH ECOM VENTURES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED and protected by intellectual property laws.

Generated Content: AI-generated suggestions and improvements become part of your resume, which you own. Premium templates are licensed for your personal use only.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze and suggest improvements to your resume. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated suggestions are recommendations, not guarantees of employment
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content
• AI outputs may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies
• The final content of your resume is your responsibility
• We do not guarantee any specific job outcomes or interview success

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for job application outcomes, hiring decisions, or career results

10. Termination

By You: You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed according to our data retention policy.

By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any purchased one-time features remain valid until account deletion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
