Overtime pay, QatarQAR 308.22
Qatar overtime is paid on basic salary. The calculator turns your basic into an hourly wage (basic × 12 ÷ 365 ÷ 8), then pays each daytime overtime hour at that rate plus 25% and each hour worked between 9pm and 6am at plus 50%. The rest-day overtime rate isn't in our verified rules yet, so those hours are left out rather than guessed.
