Overtime pay, OmanOMR 33.39
Oman overtime is paid on basic salary. The calculator turns basic into an hourly wage (basic × 12 ÷ 365 ÷ 8), then pays normal overtime at plus 25%, night overtime at plus 50%, and hours on your rest day or a public holiday at double the hourly wage.
