Lines that limit who can apply by gender, age, appearance or passport are removed and listed under 'What we changed', with the reason. They shrink your applicant pool, and UAE labour law prohibits discrimination on grounds such as sex, race, colour, religion and national origin. A preference for nationals under Emiratisation or Saudization is lawful and is kept.
