Gulf candidates compare packages line by line — basic, housing, transport, flights — and 'competitive salary' tells them nothing. A monthly range filters out people who would turn the offer down and brings in those who fit the budget. That's why a missing salary costs 15 points.

Restrictions by gender ('male candidates only'), age ('young', 'below 30'), appearance ('good-looking') or passport ('European passport holders only'), and gender-coded job words like 'salesman'. UAE labour law prohibits discrimination on grounds such as sex, race, colour, religion and national origin. Preferences for UAE or Saudi nationals are lawful under Emiratisation and Saudization and are not flagged.
