The job title and city in the first line (that's what shows before 'see more'), one sentence on the team, three concrete highlights, the salary if you can share it, visa and benefits for Gulf roles, one apply link, and a request to tag or share. Keep it scannable: short lines and a few emoji as bullets, not paragraphs.

LinkedIn posts allow up to 3,000 characters. A hiring post rarely needs more than a few hundred — the reader decides from the first two lines whether to click 'see more', so put the title, city and work model there.

A few specific ones beat many generic ones: #hiring, the role (e.g. #AccountantJobs), the city and country (#DubaiJobs, #UAEJobs, #RiyadhJobs). The generator builds that line from your job title, city and country, in English or Arabic.

If you can, yes. Gulf candidates compare packages closely and a range filters out people the budget can't reach, so the applicants you get are more relevant. Leave the field empty and the salary line disappears.
