3. INTERVIEWER BRIEFING Do: ☐ Read the CV and this kit before the interview ☐ Ask every candidate the same core questions for your stage ☐ Ask follow-ups for specifics: what did YOU do, what happened, how do you know ☐ Take notes of what was said, not your impression of the person ☐ Leave time for the candidate's questions and explain the next steps ☐ Complete your scorecard on your own before talking to other interviewers
Don't: ☐ Ask about age, marital status, pregnancy or family plans ☐ Ask about religion, sect or religious practice ☐ Ask about nationality, unless the role is covered by a lawful nationalisation programme (e.g. Emiratisation, Saudisation, Qatarisation) — and then only whether the candidate qualifies ☐ Ask about health or disability beyond whether the person can do the essential duties, with reasonable adjustments ☐ Promise salary, visa terms or start dates you are not authorised to confirm ☐ Share your view of the candidate with other interviewers before scoring

STAGE 2: Technical / skills interview — 60 min — Hiring manager + senior team member 1. Walk me through how you would approach [a real task from the role] (to fill in). 2. Tell me about the most difficult [core task] (to fill in) you have handled. What did you do? 3. Practical exercise or work sample: [describe] (to fill in) 4. 6. CANDIDATE LOGISTICS CHECKLIST ☐ Invitation sent with date, time, duration, format and interviewer names ☐ Building access: candidate brings Emirates ID / Iqama / QID or passport for reception ☐ Visitor pass and parking (or nearest metro / taxi drop-off) shared in the invite ☐ Interview room booked; reception told the candidate's name and time ☐ Video link tested and sent; backup phone number shared ☐ Interviewers' calendars confirmed and the kit shared with them ☐ Any adjustments the candidate asked for arranged ☐ If interviews fall in Ramadan: use the shorter working hours and avoid the hour before iftar ☐ Weekend and public holidays checked for the candidate's and interviewers' locations
7.
