Email Pattern Finder
What email format does this company probably use?
The part after @ in the company's emails, or its website address.
We can't check whether any address exists — this only lists the formats companies commonly use. Nothing you type leaves your browser.

How to narrow it down yourself
- Look for any published address at the same company (press releases, the contact page, a job ad) and copy its format.
- Ask a mutual contact, or message the person on LinkedIn first and ask for their preferred email.
- Send one short, relevant note — not the whole list. Guessing at many addresses looks like spam and hurts your domain's reputation.
How the patterns are generated
The tool cleans the domain (it accepts a website address or an email), converts the name to plain Latin letters and builds the common corporate formats in a fixed order: first.last, flast, first, firstlast, f.last, firstl, first_last, first-last, last.first, lastf and last. For family names with Al, El, Bin, Bint or Abu it adds versions without the prefix. No lookup, mail-server check or web search is made.
- Domain
- The part of an email after @, e.g. example.com.
- flast
- First initial + last name, e.g. skhan@.
Example: Sara Khan at example.com
| Format | Address |
|---|---|
| first.last | [email protected] |
| flast | [email protected] |
| first | [email protected] |
| firstlast | [email protected] |
| f.last | [email protected] |
| firstl | [email protected] |
| first_last | [email protected] |
| first-last | [email protected] |
| first.last (without Al/Bin) (Khalid Al Mansoori) | [email protected] |
| flast (without Al/Bin) (Khalid Al Mansoori) | [email protected] |
| firstlast (without Al/Bin) (Khalid Al Mansoori) | [email protected] |
example.com is a reserved demo domain. The order is not a ranking of which is right for any company.
Use it responsibly
- A pattern is a guess. Confirm it from a published address before you rely on it.
- Send one relevant message. Contact data is personal data under the UAE's Federal Decree-Law 45 of 2021 and Saudi Arabia's PDPL.
- If the person asks you to stop, stop — and don't add them to marketing lists.
Then write a message worth opening
Draft it with the candidate outreach email tool and check the subject with the subject line tester. Prefer LinkedIn? Use the InMail generator.
Frequently asked questions
Does this tool find someone's real email address?
No. It lists the address formats companies commonly use (first.last@, flast@, first@ and so on) for the name and domain you type. It doesn't look anything up, check mail servers or scrape websites, so it can't tell you which one is right — you have to confirm that yourself.
How do I work out which format a company uses?
Find any published address from the same company — on its contact page, in a press release, a job ad or an email signature you've received — and copy the format. Companies almost always use one pattern for everyone.
How does it handle Arabic family names like Al Mansoori?
Companies write them two ways: with the prefix joined (almansoori) or without it (mansoori). For names starting with Al, El, Bin or Abu the tool shows both. Type the name in Latin letters exactly as the person spells it on LinkedIn or their signature, because Arabic names have many transliterations (Mohammed, Mohamed, Muhammad).
Can I email all the guesses at once?
Please don't. Emailing a list of guessed addresses looks like spam, can damage your domain's sending reputation and isn't a respectful way to approach a candidate. Pick the most likely format, send one short, relevant message, or ask for their email on LinkedIn first.
Is the name I type stored?
No. The patterns are generated in your browser and nothing you type is sent to MenaJobs.
