How the opener is personalised

The opening line is the only part of an outreach message that can't be templated. The generator uses the role and the candidate details you enter to write an opener that names something specific about them, then connects it to the job in the next line, followed by a short ask and a follow-up. What makes an outreach opener personal?

A fact only this person has: a project they led, a certification they just earned, a post they wrote, the hospital or site they work at. 'I saw your impressive profile' is not personal — anyone could send it to anyone. 'Your ICU experience at a Doha tertiary hospital plus ACLS is exactly what our new unit needs' is.

What should I type into Key details?

The candidate's specifics, not the company's: years and type of experience, a named project or employer, a licence or certification (DHA, DOH, SCFHS, NEBOSH, CPA), something they posted or a skill that matches your must-haves. Leave out phone numbers, emails and anything they haven't shared publicly.

How long should the opening be?

One or two sentences. The opener's job is to get the second line read; the role details can follow. On a phone preview, the first line is often all the candidate sees before deciding to open the message.

Can I use the same opener for several candidates?

No — that defeats the point. Generate once per person, or keep the body and rewrite only the first sentence with that person's detail. It takes a minute and is the part of the message candidates notice most.
