Yard Supervisor - Jeddah

We are looking for an experienced Yard Supervisor to oversee daily yard operations, manpower, equipment, and material movement. The candidate will ensure efficient yard activities while maintaining high standards of safety, housekeeping, and operational compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily yard operations and manpower.
• Manage the movement, handling, loading, unloading, and storage of materials and equipment.
• Ensure proper yard organization, housekeeping, and material identification.
• Coordinate with logistics, marine, operations, and maintenance teams.
• Monitor yard equipment and report maintenance requirements.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, PPE requirements, and safe work procedures.
• Prepare daily yard activity reports and maintain operational records.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth and timely yard activities.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in yard operations, marine, shipyard, logistics, or industrial environments.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Marine, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• Proven experience supervising yard activities, manpower, equipment, loading/unloading, and material handling.
• Strong knowledge of HSE procedures and safe working practices.
• Good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with yard documentation, inventory/material tracking, and daily operational reporting.
• Marine/shipyard experience is highly preferred.
