Overview Of The Role:

• The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets with a focus on Certified Pre-Owned units, maintaining gross profit margins, and maximizing the sale of finance and insurance products. The role emphasizes a structured customer journey to boost trade-ins, accessories sales, and ensure high Customer Satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores. Success depends on effectively managing leads and data, promoting showroom referrals, and maintaining strong industry and product knowledge. The role requires interaction with branch management and support staff, often involving extended hours to meet sales objectives.
What You Will Do:

Sales Goals and Revenue

• Achieve monthly unit sale targets by guiding customers through a structured sales journey.
• Maximize retained gross margins on unit sales to ensure branch profitability.
• Achieve monthly Finance and Insurance (F&I) product sales targets.
• Target monthly Trade-ins and Dealer Installed Options (DIO) Accessories sales.

Customer Interaction and Data Management

• Ensure effective referrals to Showroom Managers to improve second facing for revenue enhancement and NPS/CSV opportunities.
• Manage various leads (Tel/Web/Walk-in) to increase sales revenue, aiming for a 25% conversion rate.
• Capture comprehensive customer data (test drive, Emirates ID, email) in C4C for follow-up efficiency.

Professional Development

• Engage in daily, weekly, and monthly sales meetings and trainings to enhance product knowledge and sales competencies.
• Stay updated with current brand campaigns and competitor activities.
• Improve financial knowledge concerning available customer buying options.

Required Skills To Be Successful:

• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence customer decisions.
• Effective upselling skills for new products and services.
• Proven communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to create and implement strategic action plans.
What Qualifies You For The Role:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally in the automotive sector.
• Proficiency in English required; Arabic is a plus.
• Competence in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and digital tools.
