About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organised and relationship-focused Sales Support Coordinator to join an established Australian business as it enters its next stage of growth.

You’ll sit at the centre of the customer and order journey — helping new clients get onboarded, coordinating product options and quotes, managing orders through to production, and making sure customers receive a consistently high level of service.

This is not simply an administrative role.

You’ll be trusted to take ownership of day-to-day order processing and customer coordination, solve problems, follow up proactively and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

You’ll initially work closely with the company’s founders and, as the sales team expands, provide ongoing support to the wider business development team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage the day-to-day order processing pipeline from confirmed product selection through to production handoff
• Support the onboarding of new clients and help create a smooth experience from initial enquiry through to confirmed order
• Prepare product options, quotes and onboarding information for clients
• Develop strong knowledge of the company’s product range, fabrics and options so you can confidently handle routine customer questions
• Coordinate with the founders on product decisions and higher-value accounts when required
• Keep customers updated and ensure enquiries and orders are followed through reliably
• Support the wider sales team with quotes, product options and lead administration as the team grows
• Build strong relationships with customers across a diverse range of industries If you're organised, great with customers and the kind of person who takes ownership rather than waiting to be chased, we want to hear from you!

What We're Looking For

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Previous experience in customer support, order administration, sales support or B2B coordination
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Warm, confident and professional communication skills
• Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with different types of customers
• Strong follow-through — you take responsibility for tasks and make sure they get completed
• Comfortable researching questions and finding the right answer rather than guessing
• Good judgement about when to handle something independently and when to escalate
• Comfortable working in a growing business where responsibilities may evolve over time
• Reliable high-speed internet and a suitable remote-working setup
