Our Supply Chain team select suppliers through qualification processes and provides improvements utilizing supplier scorecards. Own supplier audits, ensuring compliance, and advise improvement plans where needed. Be a part of team who will work on development of sustainable supply chain.
Partner with the best
To manage transportation and related logistics of goods and services to and from internal and/or external customers/suppliers. Develops operational plan for own department. Contributions to plan of the larger unit.

As a Logistics Senior Team leader - Logistics, you’ll play a vital role in leading end-to-end logistics solutions to achieve required on-time pick up & delivery of goods.
As a Logistics Senior Team leader - Logistics, you will be responsible for
- Developing and lead end-to-end logistics solutions to achieve required on time pick up & delivery of goods.
- Managing Logistics Costs to meet budgets and Op Plans.
- Developing regular redesign of processes due to changing circumstances or management needs. Elaboration of process improvement are expected taking into consideration broader functional context.
- Effective communication with other functional areas required. Influencing peers to meet the objectives.
- Service unit providing services to the function or directly to the business.
- Handling work requiring analysis and interpretation. Procedures don't cover all the exceptions. Approaches for exceptions have to be developed.
- Leading a team and be responsible for their development.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Logistics).
- Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Logistics.
- Experience in Energy sector within the middle east
- Experience in SAP and Transport Management system
- Fluent in English
