Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate between onshore, offshore teams, clients, and subcontractors.
- Manage personnel mobilization, demobilization, crew changes, and offshore movements.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, transportation, permits, and site access.
- Follow up on visas, medicals, training certificates, and required documentation.
- Maintain manpower and personnel movement records and reports.
- Liaise with HR, Logistics, Operations, HSE, clients, and relevant authorities.
- Resolve day-to-day personnel and logistical issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with client and company requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant liaison/coordination experience.
- Proven onshore and offshore Oil & Gas experience.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of offshore mobilization and personnel logistics.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Good command of English.
- BOSIET/H2S and relevant offshore certifications preferred.
- Mandatory Certificate - IADC certificate
Requirements
