As a Manager Operations & Governance at Emirates NBD, your role is to support Priority & Personal Banking by managing governance, compliance, operational risk, controls, process improvement and training activities across the segment. You will act as a key interface between the segment and internal stakeholders including Compliance, Fraud, Legal, Operations Risk and the branch network, while ensuring business processes are efficient, controlled and aligned with bank policies.
Requirements
- •UAE National
- •Experience in governance and compliance
- •Experience in operational risk and controls
- •Experience in process improvement
- •Experience in training activities
Responsibilities
- •Support Priority Personal Banking by managing governance, compliance, and operational risk
- •Manage controls and process improvement activities across the segment
- •Act as a key interface between the segment and internal stakeholders (Compliance, Fraud, Legal, Operations Risk)
- •Liaise with the branch network
- •Ensure business processes are efficient, controlled, and aligned with bank policies
