Job Description

Responsible for leading and managing the sales, account management strategy and reporting for the company and managing the corresponding team. Directly handling group level commission rate and all performance metrics such as number of restaurant acquisitions, all account management and effective strategy and execution.

• Oversee end-to-end sales operations to ensure operational excellence, efficiency, and scalability.

• Drive partner experience and ad revenue scale-up, optimize vendor operations in coordination with logistics, and execute topline campaigns with marketing. Ensure high-quality data integrity within Salesforce and maintain regular, strategic engagement with key partners.

• Develop the strategic business plan to achieve sales objectives providing updates on periodic basis.

• Maintain accurate records of sales, generate client acquisition plan and prospecting activities to analyze the sales prospects.

• Develop and deploy quarterly and annual sales objectives, strategies, target plans, programs, policies and performance metrics for Country Sales teams.

• Monitor performance of team in terms of restaurant partner acquisition, closed restaurants, promotions, campaigns, account management, and market research.

• Acquiring key accounts (international brands) across the region and handling group level commission rate.

• Communicate and attend meetings with major accounts (VIP and AAA) regularly to improve and develop business relationships, serve as escalation point for VIP and AAA clients or team issue.

• Manage sales budget and costs.

• Monitor and analyze customer related statistics on a daily basis to determine performance and potential growth (using CRM, salesforce).

• Analyze competition - strategies, partners, promotions, performance with reports from salesforce and personal research.

• Lead Expansion strategy and experimenting growth within calculated risk assessment process.

• Evaluate and enhance internal work process and create clear business relationship among different sales teams.

• Interpret Sales reports for problem solving and create new opportunities.

• Validate and control Commission related reports and trackers to assure efficiency.

• Manage the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory for this role.

• Bachelor’s Degree within Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.

• Strong leadership capabilities to lead, mentor, and scale large, multi-layered sales teams.

• Leverage deep expertise in AdTech and advanced analytical rigor to drive a high-performance sales culture.

• Should have handled a team of 15 or more people and accountable for forecasting and achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets.

• Excellent communication and team management skills.

• High interpersonal and persuasive skills.

• Technologically savvy and a team player with an entrepreneurial bend of mind.
