Customer Success COOP

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Success COOP to join our team for a 6-month training. In this role, you will help our Customer Success Managers (CSMs) ensure our clients achieve their goals using our products. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the ins and outs of customer relationship management, tech onboarding, and account growth in a fast-paced environment.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Success team with day-to-day administrative tasks and account maintenance.
• Help prepare data and reports for client check-ins, onboarding sessions, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• Respond to basic customer inquiries and route complex issues to the appropriate team members.
• Monitor customer health metrics and flag accounts that may need proactive outreach.
• Assist in updating and maintaining customer records in our CRM system (e.g., HubSpot).
• Help gather and organize customer feedback to share with the Product and Sales teams.
• Visit clients and maintain close relationships.
💼 Experience:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university program (Business, administration, IT, or related fields).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.
• A natural problem-solver with a positive, client-first mindset.
• Comfortable learning new software and navigating basic tech platforms.🤝 Bonus Requirements (Nice-to-Have)

• Cybersecurity Interest/Experience: Basic knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, or a strong interest in learning about the cybersecurity industry.🤝 Soft Skills:
