Overview Of The Role:

• The MIS Supervisor is critical in supporting the Aftersales business by providing frontline staff with system solutions and maintaining master data in systems like SAP. The role involves resolving system issues promptly to ensure service continuity and smooth operations. The supervisor actively liaises with various departments to gather required information and supports campaign rollouts by managing package uploads. They handle critical data management tasks related to PDI, DIO accessories, and technician scheduling, ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy.
What You Will Do:

System Support

• Provide support to frontline staff with system solutions and master data updates for smooth operations.
• Answer queries and resolve system-related issues for service staff across branches.
• Liaise with other departments such as Aftersales, Finance, and EIT for information to resolve system issues.
• Facilitate fast resolution of system issues within set timelines including invoice reversals, package modifications, and time clocking concerns.
• Create and update PDI packages, ensuring compliance with menu pricing and package creation for new models.
• Manage DIO accessories through package creation, extending packages for required models, and supporting campaign rollouts.
• Upload and manage S/A shifts and technician schedules to ensure efficient appointment bookings and technician time clocking.

Required Skills To Be Successful:

• Proficiency in data warehousing and management, with strong data quality assurance skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel for data management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
What Qualifies You For The Role:

• Graduate or Diploma Holder, preferably with Automotive experience.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, with emphasis on Pricing Analyst/Assistant background.
• Mandatory automotive aftersales experience.
• Proficient in using SAP IS AUTO for ERP solutions.
