Key Responsibilities
• Ensuring that Goods Received Note (GRN) is done within 48 hrs for Advance Ship Notice (ASN) method in order for the products to be received within a maximum period of 3 days.
• Following up with the Brand, Logistics Team & Date Entry Team to ensure that documentation and GRN is in place.
• Refill/Replace assigned brand's stores with products based on trends & requirements for local & overseas stores within the excepted time period.
• Ensuring a Turn Around Time (TAT) of 3 days for the product to be on the sales floor. Coordinating with Brand, Store and Transportation Team accordingly.
• Arranging inventory audit of assigned brand's stores according to the available stock and ensuring that there are no discrepancies.
• Maximizing available warehouse space and assisting store/warehouse in-charge in utilizing their available warehouse space as and when required.
• Submission of timely reports to the Manager.
• Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are being followed and making sure that every product is properly placed according to regulations & requirements.
