The purpose of this role is to shape and deliver the Social and Content Strategy, managing social media channels, website and content streams, reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing.Job Description:

Responsibilities

Client Servicing & Account Handling

• Strategic Support: Partner with the Account Director to ensure social media efforts align with the broader brand strategy and client business goals.
• Client Leadership: Attend client meetings as the lead voice for Social Media, providing expert recommendations and managing expectations.
• Proposal Development: Support the growth of the account by contributing to proposals, upsells, and strategic social recommendations.
• Team Mentorship: Manage Social Media Executives, monitoring their workload, quality of output, and professional development.Strategy & Content Execution

• Social Roadmap: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies, including content pillars, community management protocols, and platform playbooks.
• Hands-On Content Execution
• End-to-End Content Creation: Directly draft, edit, and publish high-quality, daily social media posts across all platforms (TikTok, Snapchat, X, and Instagram).
• Bilingual Copywriting: Write punchy, persuasive copy in both English and Arabic, ensuring the tone of voice is perfectly tailored to the Saudi audience (using the correct local terminology and cultural nuances).
• Visual Storytelling: Use mobile editing tools and design apps to create social-first content (CapCut, Canva, or in-app editors) for real-time engagement and trending moments.
• Platform Optimization: Manually handle the scheduling and technical uploading of content, ensuring every post is optimized with the right tags, locations, and trending audio for maximum reach in KSA.
• Quality Control: Take personal ownership of the final output, proofreading every line of Arabic and English copy to ensure zero errors before going live.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the design and video teams to ensure visual assets are optimized for social-first consumption.
• Community Growth: Proactively suggest new features, promotions, and competitions to build brand awareness and foster community loyalty.Monitoring, Reporting & Innovation

• Insights & Analytics: Use social listening tools to perform research on benchmark trends and audience preferences; pull actionable insights for portfolio clients.
• Performance Reporting: Set specific objectives (KPIs) and report on ROI, translating likes into business impact for the client.
• Influencer Management: Lead or support influencer marketing campaigns, from identification and vetting to execution and reporting.
• On-the-Ground Coverage: Attend local events and lead live social coverage (Snapchat/Instagram Stories/TikTok), ensuring the brand captures real-time Saudi culture.
• Trend Evangelist: Educate both clients and internal teams on best practices, emerging technologies, and the latest algorithm shifts.Requirements

• Experience: 4 to 5 years of experience in Social Media Management, ideally within a creative or digital agency environment.
• Languages: Native-level Arabic (with a deep understanding of Saudi dialects/local nuances) and professional English are a must.
• KSA Market Expertise: Strong knowledge of the Saudi social landscape, including platform-specific trends (Snapchat, X, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and local cultural moments.
• Relationship Builder & Client Partner: Acts as a trusted advisor to clients, possessing the interpersonal skills of an Account Manager to maintain enduring professional relationships.
• Leadership & Coordination: Demonstrates outstanding organizational prowess, managing Social Media Executives and coordinating seamlessly with creative and production teams.
• Data-Driven Presenter: Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; comfortable selling social strategies and presenting monthly performance reports to high-level stakeholders.
• Adaptable & Commercial: Thrives in a fast-paced, multi-client setting, integrating technical platform knowledge with a commercial mindset to meet business KPIs.
• Strategic Problem-Solver: Able to navigate complex client requests and platform shifts efficiently to ensure project success.
• Collaborative Bridge Builder: Acts as a link between the client’s brand requirements and the internal creative team to ensure social content is both on-strategy and high-performing.Location:
