Service Advisor

Providing exceptional customer service, coordinating repair processes, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, technicians, and other stakeholders.

• Provides excellent customer service by greeting customers, understanding their concerns, and addressing their questions and inquiries regarding repairs, estimates, and insurance claims.
• Coordinate the repair process by scheduling appointments, arranging for vehicle drop-off and pick-up, and ensuring that repairs are completed within specified timeframes.
• Prepares accurate repair estimates, explains the scope of work and associated costs to customers, and generates invoices for completed repairs.
• Maintain effective communication with customers, technicians, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to provide updates on repair progress, address any issues or concerns, and ensure a smooth workflow.
• Accurately documents customer information, repair details, and any additional notes or observations related to the repair process.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the repair process is a key performance indicator for the L1 Service Advisor.
• Coordinating repairs efficiently, meeting specified timeframes, and minimizing delays are important KPIs for this position.Minimum Requirements for the Role

Qualifications

High School Diploma

Experience

4 years’ experience; 1 years in a similar role

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Excellent computer skills.

Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques, tools, and materials.

Fluent in English, Arabic desirable.

Excellent mathematical skills
