Senior Specialist - Innovation & Knowledge Sharing

Support the Marketing Center of Excellence in building a culture of innovation, continuous learning and marketing excellence. The role is responsible for identifying emerging trends and innovative practices, capturing and organizing institutional knowledge, and developing practical tools, playbooks and knowledge-sharing initiatives that strengthen Marketing capabilities and ways of working.

Innovation & Best Practices

• Research emerging marketing trends, technologies, consumer behaviors and global best practices, translating relevant insights into opportunities for the Marketing function.
• Support the identification, assessment and development of innovative ideas that enhance marketing effectiveness, operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Contribute to innovation pilots and initiatives, supporting activities from research and concept development through testing and evaluation.
• Conduct external benchmarking across leading marketing organizations, destinations, entertainment companies and relevant industries.
• Support innovation workshops, ideation sessions and cross-functional problem-solving activities.Knowledge Management & Sharing

• Build and maintain a centralized repository of Marketing knowledge, including research, benchmarks, case studies, best practices and lessons learned.
• Capture knowledge from completed projects and initiatives and convert it into reusable insights for wider Marketing teams.
• Develop and maintain Marketing playbooks, toolkits, frameworks, templates and practical guidelines.
• Coordinate internal knowledge-sharing forums, workshops and learning sessions across the Marketing function.
• Develop regular best-practice updates, case studies and knowledge content to keep Marketing teams informed of emerging practices.
• Support communities of practice and encourage collaboration and knowledge exchange across Marketing teams.Capability Development

• Support the identification of Marketing capability and knowledge gaps.
• Work with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop appropriate learning and knowledge solutions.
• Support capability-building initiatives designed to strengthen Marketing excellence across teams.
• Monitor usage and adoption of knowledge-sharing tools and initiatives and recommend improvements.
• Promote consistent ways of working and continuous improvement across Marketing.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Strategy, Innovation, Knowledge Management or a related field.
• Ideally 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing excellence, marketing strategy, innovation, knowledge management, consulting, transformation or capability development.
• Experience developing frameworks, playbooks, research, best-practice materials or knowledge repositories.
• Strong research, analytical and written communication skills.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation development capabilities.
• Good facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, practical and engaging content.
• Experience within tourism, entertainment, destinations, consumer-facing organizations or consulting would be advantageous.
