Senior Specialist - Brand Production

The Senior Specialist - Brand Production is responsible for coordinating and executing the production of brand assets across print, environmental graphics, events, exhibitions, retail, and marketing campaigns. The role works closely with internal stakeholders, branding agencies, creative teams, and production vendors to ensure brand consistency, quality control, and timely delivery of all production-related projects.

The ideal candidate should have experience working within a branding agency, production environment, or marketing department, with strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and a solid understanding of print production, exhibitions, events, and graphics implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Production & Execution

• Coordinate the end-to-end production of branded assets, including signage, environmental graphics, exhibitions, events, retail branding, promotional materials, and marketing collateral.

• Support the implementation of brand guidelines across various physical and digital touch points.

• Ensure all artwork and production files are prepared accurately and meet technical specifications.

• Monitor project timelines and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.

• Conduct quality checks on proofs, production samples, and final outputs before approval and installation.

• Maintain consistency of brand standards across all production executions.

Agency & Vendor Coordination

• Liaise with branding agencies, creative partners, production houses, printers, fabricators, & installation teams.

• Coordinate artwork revisions, proof approvals, mock-ups, and sample reviews.

• Obtain production quotations and compare proposals to ensure cost-effective solutions.

• Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery and compliance with specifications.

• Support site surveys, production planning, and installation supervision when required.

Design & Artwork Management

• Prepare, edit, and organize production-ready artwork files using Adobe Creative Suite.

• Adapt existing creative designs into various formats and sizes while maintaining brand integrity.

• Create technical drawings, artwork layouts, and production specifications for vendors.

• Review agency artwork and ensure compliance with production requirements.

• Maintain a centralized archive of artwork files, templates, and production assets.

Event & Exhibition Support

• Assist in delivering branding elements for exhibitions, launches, activations, corporate events, and trade shows.

• Coordinate production requirements including graphics, signage, way finding, collateral, gifts, and promotional materials.

• Support onsite installation activities and ensure branding is executed according to approved designs.

Quality Control & Reporting

• Conduct regular quality inspections during production and installation phases.

• Identify and resolve production challenges while maintaining project deadlines.

• Track project status and provide updates to stakeholders.

• Maintain records of production specifications, quotations, and project documentation.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Branding, or related field.

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience within a Branding Agency, Creative Agency, Production House is a must.

• 3-5 years of experience in Brand Production, Production Coordination, Graphic Production or related fields.

• Experience working on events, exhibitions, experiential activations, retail branding, and marketing campaigns.

Technical Skills

Adobe Creative Suite (Essential)

• Adobe Illustrator (Advanced)

• Adobe InDesign (Advanced)

• Adobe Photoshop (Advanced)

• Adobe Acrobat

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects is an advantage

Additional Skills

• Understanding of print production processes and materials

• Knowledge of exhibition graphics, signage systems, and fabrication methods

• Artwork preparation and pre-press knowledge

• Basic understanding of large-format printing and installation techniques
