About the Role

Carrier is seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Engineer to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will drive sales growth across the Western Region by developing new business opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting the successful conversion of HVAC projects into orders.

The ideal candidate will have strong HVAC project sales experience in the Saudi market, an established customer network, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new customer accounts and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the HVAC market in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia.
• Prepare and submit competitive quotations and proposals, and proactively follow up to convert opportunities into orders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify potential leads and growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to support business bookings and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Develop and execute account strategies for key customers to maximize business opportunities and profitability.
• Identify and pursue large-scale HVAC projects, working closely with internal teams to support successful project acquisition.
• Review bid opportunities, contribute to bid preparation, and participate in commercial negotiations with prospective customers.
• Develop new customer contacts and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers to influence purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with relevant internal teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and appropriate solutions are proposed.
• Represent Carrier at relevant industry events, trade shows, and customer workshops when required.
Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to achieve sales and business targets while enhancing profitability and strengthening Carrier’s market position in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia.

This includes developing a robust sales pipeline, expanding the customer base, growing strategic accounts, and securing new HVAC project opportunities.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent relevant engineering discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in HVAC project sales within Saudi Arabia.
• Demonstrated experience in HVAC sales across the Western Region of Saudi Arabia.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and converting business opportunities into orders.
• Established market network and strong relationships with customers and key industry stakeholders.
• Good understanding of HVAC systems, project sales processes, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer focus, business development capabilities, and a results-oriented mindset.
