We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong technical background in infrastructure and/or master planning to lead and oversee the design of complex Land Development projects in the UAE.
The successful candidate will have extensive planning/design-stage project management experience as well as a strong technical understanding in Land Development disciplines (master planning, infrastructure, transport planning, landscaping, sustainability). The ideal candidate will possess UAE planning/design experience with the knowledge, skills and expertise to lead multi-disciplinary land development teams and drive internationally significant Land development projects from inception to completion.
Requirements
- •Strong technical background in infrastructure and/or master planning
- •Extensive planning/design-stage project management experience
- •Technical understanding in Land Development disciplines
- •Knowledge of transport planning, landscaping, and sustainability
- •UAE planning/design experience
- •Ability to lead multi-disciplinary land development teams
Responsibilities
- •Lead and oversee the design of complex Land Development projects
- •Drive internationally significant Land development projects from inception to completion
