- Analyse existing operational processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using appropriate methodologies.
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate process efficiency.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or quality management specially in food delivery industry.
- Experience with process mapping ‘VISIO or ARIS” plus workflow analysis.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel or Google sheets, PowerPoint and Metabase.
Requirements
- •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- •3–5 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or quality management
- •Experience in the food delivery industry
- •Experience with process mapping tools (VISIO or ARIS)
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets
Nice to Have
