We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IAM Developer specializing in SailPoint IdentityIQ to develop, customize, integrate, and support enterprise Identity Governance solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong programming expertise, exceptional troubleshooting capabilities, and hands-on experience delivering complex IAM implementations in enterprise environments.
The candidate will work closely with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and Infrastructure teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performing IAM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
SailPoint Development
- Develop and customize SailPoint IdentityIQ components.
- Build workflows, rules, forms, and approval processes.
- Configure lifecycle events.
- Develop provisioning and de-provisioning workflows.
- Configure certifications and access requests.
- Develop custom connectors and integrations. Integration Development
- Develop REST and SOAP integrations.
- Integrate with:
- Active Directory
- SAP
- In-house developed Applications
- Oracle
- LDAP
- Databases
- HR systems
- Develop custom APIs and web services. Development & Support
- Troubleshoot production issues.
- Perform root cause analysis.
- Optimize application performance.
- Support upgrades and migrations.
- Review code and mentor junior developers. Quality
- Perform unit testing.
- Support SIT/UAT.
- Maintain technical documentation.
- Follow secure coding standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5–7 years of software development experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ development experience. Required Technical Skills
- SailPoint: IdentityIQ Development, Workflows, Rules, Forms, Certifications, Lifecycle Manager, Role Management, Access Requests, Provisioning, Debugging, Connector Framework
- Programming: Java, BeanShell, XML, SQL, JavaScript, REST APIs, SOAP, JSON
- Infrastructure: Tomcat, Active Directory, LDAP, Microsoft Entra ID, Oracle Database, SQL Server, Linux
- Development Tools: Eclipse/IntelliJ IDEA, Git, Maven, Jenkins, JIRA, PostmanRequired Competencies:
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, Excellent debugging and root cause analysis abilities, Ability to optimize complex SailPoint implementations, Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, Knowledge of secure coding practices, Experience working in Agile development environments
Preferred Certifications:
SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer, SailPoint IdentityIQ Professional, Oracle Java Certification, ITIL Foundation
Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- •5–7 years of software development experience
- •4+ years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ development experience
- •Strong programming expertise in Java, BeanShell, XML, SQL, JavaScript
- •Experience with REST APIs, SOAP, and JSON
- •Knowledge of Tomcat, Active Directory, LDAP, Microsoft Entra ID, Oracle Database, SQL Server, and Linux
