About the Role

The Senior Field Specialist will be responsible for independently performing contamination and filtration technology assessment surveys, as well as supporting the execution of customer rental orders across industrial process environments.

This is a highly field-based technical role, focused mainly on customers in the Energy sector, including Oil & Gas, Refinery, Polymers, and Chemical processes.

The role will be based primarily in Kuwait, with periodic missions across other GCC countries. The expected work pattern is approximately 70–80% at customer sites and 20–30% office-based.

Key Responsibilities

Process Contamination Assessment

You will lead technical field activities at customer sites, including:

• Conducting contamination assessment surveys and identifying process bottlenecks or production issues
• Preparing field activity documentation such as work protocols, JSA, HIP, and related safety/process documents
• Performing contamination sampling and analysis campaigns at customer locations
• Defining technical service scope and required field resources
• Reviewing technical elements of commercial proposals when required
• Attending customer kick-off meetings and executing field activities
• Producing daily field reports and final technical campaign reports
• Performing laboratory analysis on collected samples
• Providing technical recommendations on potential contamination sources and improvement opportunities

Rental Operations & Technical Solutions

Based on assessment findings, you will support customers by identifying and implementing suitable Pall filtration and separation technologies, including:

• Evaluating appropriate filtration/separation solutions from Pall’s portfolio
• Sizing solutions based on customer process conditions
• Conducting site visits to collect installation and commissioning data
• Supervising installation, commissioning, and start-up of rental units
• Monitoring job progress and performing required analysis
• Troubleshooting Pall products and systems at customer sites
• Preparing final job reports with clear technical recommendationsTechnologies covered include:

• Particulate filtration
• Liquid-liquid coalescence
• Liquid-gas coalescence
• Industrial filtration and separation systems

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical foundation and hands-on field experience in industrial process environments.

Essential Requirements

• Degree in Chemical, Process, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent relevant industry experience
• Strong exposure to Oil & Gas, Refinery, Chemical, or Polymer processes
• Experience in filtration, separation, contamination control, process troubleshooting, or field technical service is highly valuable
• Strong customer-facing communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken
• Valid driving license
• Valid passport with ability to travel across GCC countries without restrictions
