The Role
We’re looking for a commercially driven Sales & Operations Executive who can generate business, build strong broker relationships, and manage deals from initial enquiry through to funding and beyond. This is a hands-on role combining business development with deal execution: you’ll keep a healthy pipeline, get quality deals funded quickly, and give brokers and clients a smooth, structured experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new broker partnerships and maintain strong existing relationships
• Generate business through direct client acquisition and broker referrals, qualifying opportunities for initial suitability
• Negotiate commercial terms with clients, subject to management approval
• Own individual targets based on repaid originations, not simply funded volumes
• Manage client onboarding, KYC documentation, and initial case submissions
• Keep CRM records accurate and cases progressing on time
• Coordinate with underwriting to move approved deals through client signings, site visits, documentation, and disbursement
• Manage post-disbursement client relationships to support repeat business and retention, with disciplined processes across the deal lifecycle🔍 What We’re Looking For

• 4–6 years of experience in SME lending, invoice factoring, business finance, banking, or fintech
• Proven ability to generate leads, manage broker networks, and close financing deals
• Strong understanding of UAE SME financing and credit processes
• Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills
• Highly organised and commercially ambitious, comfortable owning both sales targets and operational execution
• Able to work independently in a remote environment while attending in-person meetings across DubaiOur Offer
