Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for hospitality, business development, and building strong corporate relationships? As our Sales Manager – Corporate, you will play a key role in driving corporate revenue and hotel’s presence in the market. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key corporate accounts, and building long-term partnerships that drive occupancy, revenue, and business growth.

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Drive corporate sales and achieve revenue targets
- Develop new corporate business and key accounts
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct sales calls, client visits, and site inspections
- Negotiate corporate rates, contracts, and business opportunities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Work with Revenue Management to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Represent the hotel at networking events and industry activities
- Proven hotel sales experience, preferably at Sales Manager level
- Strong knowledge of the GCC corporate market
- Established corporate network is an advantage
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent business development and account management skills
- Proactive, commercially minded, and results-driven
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiencesWhat we need from you
