The Retail Banking Executive - Credit Cards delivers accurate and timely support for risk management and control within Retail Banking Sales. The role contributes to sound risk decisions, controlled exposures and timely remediation by applying banking knowledge, sound judgement and a customer-focused approach. It works with relevant business and control stakeholders to resolve issues, manage risk and support sustainable performance across Emirates NBD Group.
Requires minimum 2 years in risk management and control within banking or financial services, with exposure to regulated operations, stakeholder management and relevant systems.

• Deliver high-quality risk assessments, portfolio reviews and control actions.
• Maintain strong governance and compliance with risk appetite, delegated authorities and regulatory standards.
• Improve service quality, efficiency and stakeholder outcomes.
• Strengthen collaboration across business and control functions.
Requirements
