- Experience engaging investors and converting leads into transactions
- Strong property presentation, negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to understand client investment objectives and recommend suitable properties
- Proven record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Valid UAE driving license
- European language skills preferred
- Commission structure of 50%–70%
