We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Coordinator to oversee program activities, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure the effective delivery of training and educational programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with fluency in both Arabic and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and administer all aspects of ongoing programs, including planning, organizing, and execution.
- Develop and manage program schedules, ensuring activities are completed within established timelines.
- Coordinate the delivery of training courses and programs to customers and participants.
- Liaise with clients, team members, and stakeholders in both Arabic and English to achieve program objectives.
- Monitor program performance, track progress, and prepare regular reports.
- Assist in preparing and managing program budgets and financial reports.
- Communicate program-related updates, concerns, and challenges to the relevant management team.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Provide Arabic–English translation and interpretation support when required.
- Identify opportunities to improve program efficiency, coordination, and service quality.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in program coordination, project management, or a related field.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory, both written and spoken.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar productivity tools.
- Knowledge of program management, planning, and development procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.
Requirements
