About the Client
The client is a Dubai-based developer operating across real estate and hospitality, creating technology-led living and working environments.
Its portfolio brings together premium residential and commercial spaces with intelligent, integrated systems.
An in-house Robotics Lab drives innovation in AI, perception and autonomous robotics.
The client is building a new standard of intuitive, human-centred experiences across homes, offices and hospitality spaces.
Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary Product Manager to lead the development of the company’s customer-facing product ecosystem. You will define how users interact with Perception products and autonomous robotics across both commercial and residential environments.
Your mission is to design a unified, “invisible” intelligence layer that allows users to control and interact with their environment through every possible touchpoint: Wall Switches, Tablets, Mobile Phones, Smart Speakers and Smart Mirrors. You will bridge the gap between a complex backend (Agentic Infrastructure & Robotics) and a premium, intuitive user experience that feels like magic, not technology.
Key Responsibilities
1. Multi-Modal Product Strategy
- Define the product roadmap for residential and commercial offerings, ensuring a cohesive experience across all hardware platforms.
- Design the “User Journey” for interacting with Perception products: how a user greets a concierge robot, interacts with a smart mirror, or adjusts a room via a wall switch.
- Prioritise features based on user needs, technical feasibility (Robotics/AI constraints) and commercial viability.2. Interface & Experience Design (HMI)
- Lead the design and requirements gathering for diverse interfaces:
- Mobile & Tablet: High-fidelity apps for deep configuration and monitoring.
- Smart Mirrors & Wall Switches: Context-aware, glanceable information and quick actions.
- Voice & Audio: Natural language interaction via smart speakers.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure the “Agentic” personality of the AI is consistent across all modalities.3. Perception & Robotics Integration
- Collaborate with the Robotics and AI teams to translate “Perception” capabilities (object recognition, spatial awareness) into user-facing features.
- Define how robots and smart home devices “anticipate” user needs, ensuring the automation feels proactive rather than reactive.
- Translate complex technical capabilities (e.g., “Multi-modal RAG” or “Agentic Reasoning”) into clear, compelling value propositions for customers.4. Commercial & Residential Lifecycle
- Commercial: Work with B2B clients to design “Concierge” and “Meeting Room” service flows that enhance office productivity.
- Residential: Work with B2C customers to create personalised, private home experiences that adapt to individual family routines.
- Manage the product lifecycle from discovery and prototyping in the Robotics Lab to global launch and iteration.
Technical Requirements
- Product Management: Roadmap Planning, PRDs, Agile/Scrum, User Story Mapping
- UX/UI Knowledge: Familiarity with Figma and Human-Machine Interface (HMI) principles
- IoT & Smart Home: Deep understanding of Home Assistant, MQTT and smart device ecosystems
- AI/Robotics Literacy: Understanding of LLMs, Computer Vision (Perception) and Autonomous Agents
- Hardware Awareness: Experience with physical touchpoints (Switches, Mirrors, Tablets)
- Data Literacy: Ability to use data analytics to track user engagement and feature success
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Smart Home/IoT: Proven track record of launching products in the smart home or commercial automation space.
- Multi-Modal Experience: Experience designing for voice, touch and visual interfaces simultaneously.
- “Agentic” Mindset: An understanding of how to move from “Command-and-Control” UI to “Intent-Based” interaction.
- Prototyping Skills: Ability to iterate quickly on ideas using the in-office Robotics Lab.
Why This Role?
You will be the architect of the “Face” of the company’s products. You won’t just be managing a software app; you will be designing the way humans interact with the future of living and working. You will have a direct hand in how Perception technology manifests in the real world, from the mirror you look into in the morning to the robot that serves your coffee in a boardroom.
What We Look For in a Candidate
- Portfolio Focus: We highly value candidates who can show a product they have taken from “concept to customer”, specifically involving hardware or complex IoT integrations.
- Empathy for the User: We need someone who can think about the “friction” of a smart home, making technology disappear so that only the experience remains.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: You must be comfortable speaking “Engineer” to the Robotics team and “Visionary” to commercial clients.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Tax-Free Salary: A market-leading monthly package in AED, commensurate with experience.
- Performance Incentives: Rewards linked to product delivery and outcomes, as per Company Internal Policy.
- Visa & Medical Insurance: Full UAE visa sponsorship and comprehensive health cover.
- Paid Leave: As per Company Internal Policy and UAE Labour Law.
- Annual Flight Ticket & End-of-Service Gratuity: As per UAE market practice and Labour Law.
- Robotics Lab Access: Rapid prototyping on real hardware, from smart mirrors to autonomous robots.
- Learning & Career Growth: Certification and conference support, with a clear path to leadership.
- Autonomy & Impact: Own the product experience end to end and shape how AI is deployed in the physical world.
Requirements
- •Experience in Product Management roadmap planning
- •Ability to define user journeys for complex hardware/software interactions
- •Knowledge of Robotics and AI constraints
- •Experience with B2B and B2C product lifecycles
- •Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into customer value propositions
- •Experience with multi-modal interfaces (Mobile, Tablet, Voice, Smart Mirrors)
Responsibilities
- •Define product roadmap for residential and commercial offerings
- •Design user journeys for interacting with Perception products and robots
- •Prioritize features based on user needs, technical feasibility, and commercial viability
- •Lead design and requirements gathering for diverse interfaces (HMI)
- •Collaborate with Robotics and AI teams to translate perception capabilities into features
- •Manage product lifecycle from discovery and prototyping to global launch
- •Work with B2B clients to design service flows for offices
- •Create personalized home experiences for B2C customers
