Role Overview
The PRO Executive will manage end-to-end government relations processes, including visas, Emirates IDs, trade licenses, permits, and official documentation. The role also supports HR, Legal, and other departments while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities & Competencies
Government Relations & Regulatory Compliance
• Submit, collect, and follow up on employment, residence, and business visas in line with UAE Immigration and Labour regulations
• Process and renew Emirates IDs, trade licenses, and company registrations
• Obtain NOCs, permits, and attestations from ministries, free zones, and authorities
Key Competencies: Regulatory Compliance, Attention to Detail, AccountabilityOperational Efficiency & Process Management
• Ensure timely completion of all PRO-related transactions to meet operational timelines
• Maintain accurate, organized, and auditable records of immigration and licensing documentation
• Support implementation of tracking systems for visas, licenses, and compliance processes
Key Competencies: Operational Efficiency, Planning & Organization, Time ManagementHR & Legal Coordination
• Coordinate with HR on visa processing, onboarding documentation, medical test scheduling, and renewals
• Support Legal with notarization, attestation, and legal translation of MOAs, POAs, and contracts
• Handle documentation related to absconding, apprehension, or deportation cases when required

• Represent the company at government offices, embassies, courts, and municipalities
• Act as a point of contact between the company and government authorities and embassies
• Build and maintain professional relationships with external stakeholders

• Provide timely and courteous PRO support to employees and internal departments
• Assist employees with personal documentation such as family visas and driving license applications in line with company policy

• Stay updated on UAE Labour, Immigration, and business law changes and communicate updates to HR and management
• Escalate operational or compliance risks to the PRO Manager or Senior Director
• Participate in initiatives to improve PRO service efficiency and quality
Key Competencies: Adaptability, Risk Awareness, InitiativeQualifications & Experience
Education
• Higher Secondary Certificate or equivalent (Required)
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in public relations, Business Administration, or related field (Preferred)Experience
• 3–5 years of UAE experience dealing with Immigration, Labour, and government entities
• Experience in notarization or legal documentation is an advantageSkills & Knowledge
• Fluent in Arabic (spoken & written)
• Good command of English
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, Immigration, and licensing procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
