Job Overview
We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Parade Spotters to support the delivery of a large-scale Project in Riyadh. The Spotter will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth movement, positioning, safety, and coordination of parade participants, performers, vehicles, and props throughout rehearsals and live event execution.
The ideal candidate must be based in Riyadh and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure event environment while maintaining excellent communication and situational awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor the movement and positioning of parade performers, delegations, vehicles, and production elements along the parade route.
Ensure participants are in the correct locations and prepared for cue timings.
Assist with participant marshalling, crowd flow, and backstage coordination.
Support rehearsals and live event operations, ensuring all movements are executed according to the event plan.
Observe and verify parade formations and transitions throughout the ceremony.
Follow health, safety, and emergency procedures at all times.
Maintain radio communication and provide real-time updates to supervisors.
Work closely with event operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
Essential Qualifications
Must be currently based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Previous experience in events, live productions, ceremonies, sports events, festivals, or large-scale activations is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and responsive in a high-pressure environment.
Excellent attention to detail and situational awareness.
Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, rehearsals, and event days.
Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
