Role Purpose:
Improve the company’s performance, processes, and organizational capabilities by leading development and transformation initiatives in coordination with department managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate the CEO’s strategic direction into practical development plans and measurable initiatives.
Assess existing processes, structures, and systems, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Lead approved initiatives to improve efficiency, service quality, costs, and coordination between departments.
Develop performance indicators and dashboards, monitor progress, and follow up on corrective actions.
Work with Operations and the Project Management Office to improve contract and project delivery.
Support improvements to governance, policies, responsibilities, and delegated authority.
Lead change management activities, including communication, stakeholder engagement, and training coordination.
Support digital transformation and process automation with Technology and Information Technology.
Prepare business cases and feasibility assessments for proposed improvements.
Report results, risks, and decisions requiring approval to the CEO.
Authority:
Lead approved development initiatives within delegated authority and budgets. Department managers retain responsibility for their daily operations unless otherwise formally assigned.
Education and Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
PMP certification preferred.
CCMP or an equivalent change management certification preferred.
Executive education in leadership or organizational change is an advantage.
Experience:
At least five years of relevant experience, C-level, in organizational development, transformation, management consulting, or program management.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and working with senior executives.
Practical experience in process improvement, governance, organizational restructuring, and performance management.
Experience delivering transformation initiatives from planning through implementation and measuring results.
Experience preparing feasibility studies and business cases.
Experience in digital transformation, ERP systems, partnerships, or service delivery improvement is an advantage.
Skills:
Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead change and coordinate effectively across departments.
Ability to define performance indicators and assess costs, benefits, and risks.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to turn recommendations into measurable improvements.
Proficiency in Arabic and professional working proficiency in English.

Requirements
