Work Flexibility: Hybrid or OnsiteWe are hiring our future Operations Manager for our GTM markets. Based in RIyadh or Dubaï, you will be part of the Operations Leadership team and responsible for all Operational Activities across KSA & UAE.
What you will do:
• Develop and implement the appropriate Operations strategy for assigned markets in curent model (Customer Service, Kit Booking, Kit Logistics, Shipping/Receiving & Warehousing, Asset Management).
• Manage the Operational activities ensuring that the best talent is sourced, developed, managed and engaged
• Work to identify and implement process improvements and ensures that breakthrough solutions are sustained over time.
• Direct work activities & projects based on a clear understanding of customer and market needs.
• Build, liaise and maintain relationships with colleagues across various functions (Commercial, RAQA, Finance, EMEA Supply Chain, etc.) and divisions (Sales, Marketing) while driving leverage opportunities within region
• Lead or participate in cross-functional projects and the integration of operations of any relevant mergers or acquisitions.
• Ensure all Compliance, SOX, FCPA and other policies and regulations are implemented, applied and followed.
• Support standardization and alignment of processes
• Ensure all Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and financial metrics for Customer and Logistics Services are reviewed and achieved
What do you need :
• Degree in a Business or Logistics discipline(s) or equivalent
• 5 years of experience in similar responsibility - this experience should ideally be a mix of Logistic/Warehouse management & Customer-facing responsibility
• 3 years of experience in people management
• Experience in a multinational company with complex organization
• Fluency in English
• Arabic language is an advantage
• Process Lean/Excellence/Six Sigma tools, training and/or certification experience of advantage
Travel Percentage: 40%
Requirements
