Manager - Rewards and Workforce Operations

Based at NMC Head Office, the role combines strong financial analysis with practical rewards expertise and people leadership. It oversees manpower and salary planning, approved and unbudgeted position controls, annual reward budgets, performance cycles, grading and benefits governance, and workforce reporting across Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai and the Northern Emirates. Working closely with Finance, HR Business Partners and business leaders, the incumbent will directly manage a team of 3 and coordinate with a wider network of approximately 25 colleagues across rewards, payroll, medical insurance and HR data management. The role is expected to improve controls, simplify processes and design affordable recognition and incentive solutions.
