- Co-facilitate learning workshops with Subject Matter Experts or other experienced facilitators, such as inductions, bootcamps or live sessions.
- Balance rigor with creativity, using experiential and playful methods to reinforce business outcomes in line with adult learning principles.
Learning Architecture, Governance & Content Quality

- Leverage AI to design storyboards, modular content, gamified checkpoints, interactions, and simulations.
- Explore and implement new approaches that enhance engagement, experimentation, and learning effectiveness.
Assessment, Measurement & Learning Impact
- Design assessments and activities that measure outcomes, reinforce skills, and demonstrate learning impact.
- Analyze feedback, engagement, and performance data to continuously improve learning quality.
