To help bring our vision to life, we are seeking a skilled Learning & Quality Assistant Manager who is passionate about developing people, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and driving service excellence. You will support the hotel in delivering impactful learning initiatives, maintaining brand and quality standards, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences from day one.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Leading in the execution of the hotel's learning and development strategy.
• Coordinating onboarding, departmental training, and mandatory compliance programs.
• Supporting colleagues and leaders in identifying development opportunities and career growth plans.
• Monitoring training completion and maintaining accurate learning records.
• Conducting quality audits and supporting brand standards compliance.
• Tracking guest feedback, quality metrics, and improvement initiatives.
• Assisting departments in implementing service excellence programs and continuous improvement plans.
• Supporting the preparation for brand audits, quality assessments, and guest satisfaction reviews.
• Promoting a culture of engagement, learning, and continuous improvement across the hotel.
• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Training, Quality, or Human Resources, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, guest experience standards, and quality management practices.
• Experience with learning management systems and training administration is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.

What we need from you
