Hospitality & Retail Services Coordinator (Saudi Arabia)

We are looking for a Hospitality & Retail Services Coordinator to support the daily operations of hospitality, retail, and catering services. The role involves coordinating service providers, monitoring service quality and HSE compliance, supporting events and promotions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction across campus facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily hospitality, retail, and catering operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Liaise with service providers and internal teams to maintain service quality and operational standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of hospitality, retail, and catering facilities.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and contractual requirements.
• Support retail merchandising, catering menus, promotions, and service improvement initiatives.
• Assist with retail and catering contracts, lease agreements, and vendor coordination.
• Organize and support community events, pop-up shops, and catering activities.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, budgets, and operational costs.
• Gather customer feedback and assist in resolving service issues and complaints.
• Track and close inspection findings through the Salute system.
• Provide operational support for future hospitality and retail developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in hospitality, retail, catering, or related operations.
• Experience in hospitality operations, service quality, inspections, and HSE compliance.
• Experience coordinating vendors, service providers, or outsourced operations.
• Knowledge of inventory control, contracts, budgets, and customer service.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service management systems.
• Ability to work effectively with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
