- Responsible for overall performance and service delivery of all Operations & Technology activities in Kuwait.
- Manage & direct the functioning of operations by providing the foundation & organizational structure to support business development, facilitate a strong control environment, maximize efficiency and cost control through bench- marked service delivery & operational standards, within the framework of corporate policies, procedure and local regulations.
- Institute operations risk management guidelines through appropriate technology and process engineering.
- Recommend and implement operations plan and develop goals for all officers in line with overall business plan.
- Identifies opportunities for service quality and process improvement.
- Ensure personal and team compliance will all Risk Management programs, Internal Control and Audit requirements.
- Co-ordinate with Central Bank of Kuwait to meet their requirements in terms of system, reporting and Control.
Requirements
- •Experience in managing operations technology activities
- •Ability to develop organizational structures for business development
- •Knowledge of local regulations and corporate policies
- •Experience with risk management guidelines and process engineering
- •Ability to coordinate with Central Bank of Kuwait requirements
