• 6+years of experience with Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Law, or related field
• Manage and process all government-related transactions (Iqama, visas, work permits, renewals, transfers, etc.) through relevant platforms such as Absher, Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, GOSI, and others.
• Maintain strong relationships with ministries and government authorities (MOMRAH, MOI, GOSI, HRSD, Passport Office, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, regulatory updates, and government policies.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes by coordinating government documentation and approvals.
• Handle company licensing, CR renewals, municipality permits, and other official documentation.
• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on government procedures, timelines, and requirements.
• Prepare reports on GR activities, compliance status, and transaction timelines.
• Represent JASARA in official visits, inspections, and government meetings when required.
• Ensure timely resolution of government-related issues affecting employees or operations.
• Maintain accurate records of all government transactions and documentation.
Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws, government platforms, and regulatory procedures.
Proven experience managing GR activities within large organizations or construction/engineering sectors.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with government entities.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Strong problem‑solving and follow‑up capabilities.
Requirements
