The Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay, a new opening cluster of hotels, is looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Attendant to join their extraordinary team!

Conveniently located in the heart of Dubai’s Business Bay area, home of the Burj Khalifa! Minutes away from The Dubai Mall, renowned Jumeirah Beach, and with convenient access to all of Dubai’s world-leading tourist attractions. The Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay includes 275 hotel rooms as well as 120 one- and two-bedroom apartments, convenient F&B offerings & meeting and events facilities.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

Your main responsibility as an F&B Attendant is to greet customers, answer their questions, take orders and accept payments, and prepare and serve food and drinks. Maintain a clean and well-stocked workspace and dining area, update displays, and continuously expand your knowledge of food and beverage quality controls, preparation methods, and presentation.

You should be committed to providing customers with excellent service. At all times, you must be representative of the qualities of delivering Holiday Inn service standards. To provide warm, welcoming service without compromise to all guests.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

It is not just about completing tasks and doing the work! We are looking for personality, originality, creativity, focus, and a passion to deliver great results directly and via the whole team!

Previous experience in a similar role preferred. Alcohol awareness and handling, and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card, as required by local law. Training in Food & Beverage preparations, High school certificate or diploma. Fluency in English is a must; additional languages are an added advantage. Strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
