Your role will be included but not limited to:
- Welcome and escort guests with warmth, elegance, and professionalism, creating a lasting first impression.
- Manage reservations, VIP bookings, and special requests with accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Coordinate seating arrangements strategically to ensure a smooth service flow and an elevated guest experience.
- Communicate effectively with restaurant management, service, and kitchen teams to anticipate and meet guest expectations.
- Maintain a polished and inviting reception area that reflects the restaurant’s luxury standards.
- Monitor table availability and waiting times, ensuring guests are attended to with care and transparency.
- Personalize the guest journey by recognizing returning guests, special occasions, and preferences whenever possible.
- Confidently share information about signature dishes, seasonal menus, and exclusive events.
- Uphold brand standards, grooming guidelines, and service excellence at all times.
- Maintain accurate guest profiles and reservation records to support repeat business and loyalty.
- Contribute to maximizing occupancy and revenue through efficient reservation management and strategic table planning.
- Support management with administrative and operational tasks to ensure flawless daily operations.
What We Need from You:
- Previous experience as a Hostess or in a guest-facing role within a restaurant or hotel environment; fine-dining experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, polished appearance.
- Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, confident, and genuinely guest-focused demeanor.
- Familiarity with reservation systems is an advantage.
