Your Responsibilities
- Experience in hospital inpatient booking, OT scheduling, and Endoscopy coordination
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with nursing teams, client services, doctors' secretaries, consultants, and external clinics
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI for operational tracking, reporting, and performance monitoring
- Mature, professional, and proactive approach when dealing with doctors and multidisciplinary teams
- Team-oriented mindset, with flexibility to support other operational functions and colleagues as required
- Strong problem-solving, coordination, and organizational skills to improve workflow efficiency and optimize departmental operations
Requirements
- •Experience in hospital inpatient booking
