Your Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate Russian Turkish interpretation during patient consultations, medical discussions, assessments, and other healthcare-related interactions.

• Translate medical documents, reports, correspondence, consent forms, and other relevant materials between Russian and Turkish.

• Facilitate communication between patients/families and doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

• Explain medical information accurately while maintaining the intended meaning and context without adding personal interpretation.

• Assist patients and their families throughout their journey with the International Patient Service Team.

• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and medical records.

• Support communication through phone calls, video consultations, meetings, and in-person interactions whenever required.

• Coordinate with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth communication and patient support.

• Maintain professionalism and cultural sensitivity when interacting with patients from diverse backgrounds.

• Support the Sales and Marketing functions in identifying opportunities and generating new business.

• Willing to travel within the UAE and abroad as required.

• Assist with administrative or coordination tasks related to translation and interpretation as required.
